What reaches PeerLogix

Your assistant sends the inputs needed for a research tool, such as a title, search phrase, requested dates or catalog. PeerLogix receives those inputs and technical request information. It does not receive your full chat, files or assistant memory through this connector.

Public research needs no account. Professional sign-in uses your email address and a managed identity account to check your approval. The service uses essential cookies for browser sign-in and short-lived credentials for connected assistants.

Quality records and optional feedback

We keep bounded research inputs, the operation, source period, result count, status and response time for quality review. The optional feedback tool can send a short paraphrase of a useful result, correction or problem when permitted by you and your assistant. It is limited to 300 characters and excludes transcripts, identities, contact details, credentials and sensitive information. Tell your assistant not to send feedback if you prefer.

Research quality records and feedback are private to PeerLogix administrators and are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Operational service logs are retained for 14 days. Automatic deletion can take additional processing time. Account, approval and security audit records are retained to manage access and security; contact us to request deletion.

Where information goes

Amazon Web Services hosts the service, identity system and data storage in the United States. Research results return to the assistant you connected. Your assistant provider handles your conversation under its own terms. PeerLogix does not sell connector inputs or feedback, send them to advertising partners, or use them to train general-purpose AI models.

Public research evidence links are viewable by anyone with the link. Professional evidence requires the approved account that created it. Evidence snapshots are retained so citations can be checked later; they do not share the 90-day expiry of quality records. Contact us about deleting a private snapshot. The connector returns aggregate research and does not expose household records or identities.

Your choices

Use public research without signing in, disconnect the connector in your assistant, or ask PeerLogix to revoke Professional access. For privacy questions, deletion requests or access concerns, email privacy@peerlogix.com. For help using the tools, contact PeerLogix.
